煮法 / Cooking Methods:

  1. 加入亚参叻沙酱及1000毫升清水,煮沸即成槟城风味叻沙汤头。
  2. Cooking Methods: Add 1000ml of water with a packet of "INSTANT PENANG LAKSA", Stir to dissolve.

食法 / Instrustion:

  1. 面类/饭类配上切丝蔬菜如:洋葱,黄瓜,生菜,薄荷叶等,淋上汤头即可食用。
  2. Noodles Laksa/Rice with slices cut vegetables (Cucumber, Salad, Onion and Pepermint) Pour on Laksa Soup and Serve.

好啦牌即煮东炎酱

蒸鱼/海鲜

  1. 将 "即煮东炎酱" 加上少许水,
  2. 淋在海鲜或鱼类上便可。

火锅

  1. 将 "好啦牌东炎酱" 加上800ml左右的清水,
  2. 搅匀后倒入锅, 便可加上您喜爱的食物了。

炒东炎米粉

  1. 将所有配料如: 包菜, 豆芽, 虾米等配料炒熟,
  2. 加入" 好啦牌东炎酱" 与适量的水炒均,
  3. 再加入米粉, 炒熟即可。

好啦牌即煮肉类咖哩料

  1. 将 “即煮肉类咖哩料” 倒入锅,
  2. 加入鸡肉/其它肉类,以慢火炒至均匀。
  3. 加入650毫升清水,把肉煮熟。
    (可加入马铃薯等配料)
  4. 再加入150毫升的浓椰浆,
  5. 煮滚后即可上桌。
  6. Empty the contents of the instant meat curry mix powder into work.
  7. Next, pour in the chicken/meat which you have prepared earlier and fry over low heat.
  8. Then add the remaining 650ml of water. When the meat is cooked, add in (pre-boiled potatoes), 150ml thick coconut milk and salt to taste. Bring to boil and serve.

  1. 将 “即煮海鲜咖哩料” 倒入锅,
  2. 再加入600毫升的清水,
  3. 煮开后,加入海鲜/鱼类。(可加入蒸熟的羊角豆/长豆等配料)
  4. 然后加入100毫升的浓椰浆,
  5. 煮滚后即可上桌。

  1. 将 “参峇虾酱” 和您喜爱的配料倒入锅, 炒熟即可。
  2. Pour "INSTANT SAMBAL TUMIS" with Prawns/Anchovies/Squid into a work, and fry done.

以下配料最适合烹饪:

鲜虾,苏东,江鱼仔,臭豆,卢笋等。

好啦牌即煮冷当干咖哩料

冷当干咖哩:

  1. 将 “冷当干咖哩酱” 倒入锅,
  2. 加入1.5公斤的鸡肉/肉类, 炒至均匀。
  3. 再加入少许的清水,
  4. 将肉类煮熟后加入150毫升浓椰浆, 煮熟即可。
  5. Pour "INSTANT RENDANG CURRY" with 1.5kg Chicken/Meat into a work and fry over low heat.
  6. The add in 300ml of water.
  7. When the meat is cooked, add in 150ml thick coconut milk.Bring to boil and serve.

BBQ咖哩肉片:

  1. 将肉类切片,加入“冷当干咖哩酱” 腌制入味,就可摆盘烧烤。 *生菜包烤肉片食用, 美味无比!

好啦牌即煮薄荷奶虾酱

  1. 将“薄荷奶虾酱”倒入锅, 加入200ml淡奶和400毫升的清水, 加入一公斤鲜虾/鱼圆,
  2. 用慢火搅拌至滚, 盛起碗中, 加上薄荷叶即可。
